Refund Policy
Phonics Programme for Children

This Refund Policy applies to all enrollments in the phonics programme provided by Lingobirds Academy ("we," "our," or "the Academy"). By enrolling, parents or guardians agree to the terms outlined below.
1. General Policy
Due to the structured nature of the programme and limited seat availability, refunds are subject to the conditions stated in this policy.
2. Withdrawal After 1 or 2 Sessions
If a student attends only one (1) or two (2) sessions and then withdraws:
- The full cost of the session(s) attended will be deducted from the total amount paid.
- An additional deduction will be made for third-party processing fees, including:
- 5% PayPal processing fees (if applicable)
- 5% Payhip commission (if applicable)
- The remaining balance, after all deductions, will be refunded.
3. Withdrawal From Session 3 Onwards
- Starting from Session 3, no monetary refunds will be issued.
- However, we understand that unexpected circumstances may arise.
- In such cases, the student may complete their remaining sessions at another available time, subject to scheduling availability.
- Rescheduled sessions must be completed within a reasonable timeframe determined by the Academy.
4. Behaviour-Related Termination
All students are expected to maintain respectful and appropriate behaviour.
- If a student engages in abusive, harmful, or consistently disrespectful behaviour, the Academy reserves the right to terminate enrollment.
- If termination occurs after Session 3, no refund will be issued.
- The student will not be permitted to complete remaining sessions.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
- Missed sessions due to absence.
- Technical issues on the student’s side during online sessions.
- Failure to attend scheduled sessions without prior notice.
6. Processing of Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
- Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
