Refund Policy for Lingobirds Academy
Effective Date: Sunday, February 23, 2025
At Lingobirds Academy, we strive to provide high-quality tutoring services. If you are not completely satisfied with your experience, please review our refund policy below.
1. Class Cancellations
- Students can cancel scheduled on-demand hourly booking classes up to 24 hours in advance without penalty.
- Cancellations for scheduled on-demand hourly booking classes made less than 24 hours before the scheduled class will not be eligible for a refund unless a reasonable excuse is provided. In this case, a rescheduled class can be provided instead.
- Students who have not yet started taking any classes of the booked multi-class courses can cancel their bookings up to 24 hours in advance without penalty.
- Students can also cancel purchased multi lesson courses only after taking the first class provided that they pay ($25) for that individual class they have attended.
2. Refund Requests
- Refund requests must be submitted via email to [co*****@********ds.com] or through the official contact methods provided on the website up to 24 hours in advance for hourly booked classes and purchased courses or after taking the first class of booked courses as noted above after deducting ($25) for the class which you are seeking a refund.
- Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
3. Eligible Refunds
- Full refunds may be issued for classes that were not conducted due to technical issues on our part.
- Partial refunds may be granted for classes that did not meet your expectations, provided that a valid reason is given.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- On demand hourly booked classes that have been completed or canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice without any reasonable excuse are non-refundable.
- Any materials or resources (Software or Hardware) purchased separately are also non-refundable.
- Purchased multi-lesson courses that the students have attended more than one class of it without providing any reasonable excuse.
5. Processing Time
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval and will be issued to the original payment method.
6. Changes to the Refund Policy
- Lingobirds Academy reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website.
