1. Class Cancellations
Students can cancel a scheduled class up to 24 hours in advance without penalty.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled class will not be eligible for a refund.
2. Refund Requests
Refund requests must be submitted via email to [co*****@li********.com] or through the official contact methods provided on the website within 7 days of the class for which you are seeking a refund.
Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
3. Eligible Refunds
Full refunds may be issued for classes that were not conducted due to technical issues on our part.
Partial refunds may be granted for classes that did not meet your expectations, provided that a valid reason is given.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Classes that have been completed or canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.
Any materials or resources purchased separately are also non-refundable.
5. Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval and will be issued to the original payment method.
6. Changes to the Refund Policy
Lingobirds Academy reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website.
